Powder room tile and SW Beach House

Today I was pleasantly surprised to find the tile in the powder room down. It is a small tera cota mosiac and I'm really happy with the way it turned out.



The wall tile was almost completely done in the master bathroom. Here is the shower

On the exterior, the painters had made good progress as well. Here is the front door



and garage doors



And here is the trim color on the sides of the house.





I think the pseudo carriage door also looks nice now that it has been painted.



The tilers said they should be done next week, so that is great news!
