The good and the bad

The good news is that we have a garage floor and a front porch! That was a long time coming but it looks great. (Who knew I could get so excited about concrete?) The bad news is that the framing inspector was out and left a list of 25 issues to be rectified. I'm hoping they are all little things to be done, but I'm not sure how long it will be before we will be ready for re-inspection.
